Description

The repair and resurfacing of the asphalt cart paths at the Coral Oaks Golf Course (1800 NW 28th Avenue). The existing cart path infrastructure was built in the late 1980s and early 1990s; and is in need of rehabilitation. This project will include the milling and resurfacing of the asphalt cart paths, along with some root repairs via full depth asphalt. The disturbed edges of the asphalt cart paths will be graded and dressed by the contractor, for eventual sod installation by the golf course maintenance staff.
