| Description | Professional engineering firms to prepare a design for upgrades to the access points and to the roads leading into the Central Landfill near Palmer, Alaska. The existing access to the landfill is currently via 49th State Street for residential customers and via Chanlyut Circle for commercial traffic. Both access points experience issues with traffic queuing off site and commercial traffic has difficulty staying in lane when negotiating the corners. |
