Description

1. Clean entire area thoroughly using power air blower and manual push broom. 2. Treat all oil spots with Gem Seal spot primer. 3. Furnish and apply spray coat of Gem Seal emulsion sealer with silica sand mis as per manufacturer’s specifications. 4. Restripe all parking lot area including approaches, fire lanes etc. 5. Repair green areas as needed. 6. Repair marked asphalt parking lot areas as outlined below. For bidding purposes, estimate 25 sq. ft. per each area 7. Replace all broken / missing curbs as needed. Repair asphalt area around as needed. 8. Provide a minimum of 50 bumpers in proposal to replace broken / missing bumpers as needed. HHA will advise contractor which bumpers will be replaced. 9. Reinstall existing bumpers correctly as needed. 10. New bumpers do NOT need to be painted. 11. All bumpers including all visitor bumpers need to be numbered and/or labeled as such. 12. Provide and install handicap parking signs as needed. 13. Areas where there is root damage (if applicable) need to be leveled and repaired (including root removal).
