Replace 3" asbestos-concrete main on 4th Street between Chambers and Ennis Streets with 6" ductile iron water main, reconnect existing service lines and sub-mains at street crossings. As January 23, 2023, this project is currently in the FY 2023 - 2028 CIP. Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction FY 2027.
