Hundred Acre Wood Phase 1 RFQ

City of Bellingham is seeking submittals from consulting firms for the Hundred Acre Wood Phase 1 project. This project will involve multiple areas of expertise not limited to those mentioned above. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications. This work includes all engineering, planning, cost estimating, and other professional design, permitting, and construction administration services to complete phase 1 recommendations of the master plan. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all bids/quotes/proposals or parts of bids/quotes/proposals as may be in the best interest of the City.
