Development of Vacant Land at the Carver Park Hope

Professional developers of mixed-income housing to plan and implement the development of the currently vacant portion of the Carver Park HOPE VI Development site. The proposed plan is for the development and sale of 42 units for homeownership (including the model home constructed in 2009). Between 13 and19 of the newly constructed units must be affordable to families earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income for the Orlando Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). The remaining homes may be market rate units.
