Description | Pipeline dredging services under a large business and partial small business set-aside MATOC with a target of four contracts in each pool. The MATOCs will address unanticipated shoaling within any of the six deep draft channels (i.e. hurricane, tropical storms, etc.). It involves eight (8) deep draft channels project and eight (8) shallow draft channels, as follows: Deep Draft 1.Corpus Christi Entrance Channel in Nueces County, TX; 2. Matagorda Entrance Channel in Calhoun County, TX; 3. Brazos Island Harbor in Cameron County, TX; 4. Freeport Harbor in Freeport & Brazoria Counties, TX; 5. Galveston Entrance Channel in Galveston County, TX; 6. Sabine Neches Waterway in Jefferson County, TX and Cameron Parish, LA; 7. Houston Ship Channel in Harris and Galveston Counties, 8. Texas City Ship Channel in Galveston County. Shallow Draft 1. Cedar Bayou in Harris and Chambers Counties; 2. Channel to Harlingen in Cameron and Willacy Counties; 3. Channel to Port Bolivar in Galveston County; 4. Channel to Port Mansfield in Willacy County; 5. Channel to Victoria in Calhoun and Victoria Counties; 6. Chocolate Bayou in Brazoria County; 7. The Mouth of the Colorado in Matagorda County; 8. Gulf Intracoastal Waterway in Jefferson, Chambers, Galveston, Brazoria, Matagorda, Calhoun, Aransas, San Patricio, Nueces, Kleberg, Kenedy, Willacy, and Cameron Counties. All these locations are along the Texas coast and extend from the border of Louisiana to the Mexico-U.S. border. The RFP will utilize a Technically Acceptable (TA) acquisition procedures. The proposed MATOCs will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).The contract performance period is for a total of five years with a 36-month base period of performance ($5M) and one 24-month option periods for a total value of $45 Million for all MATOCs combined. |
