RFP Engineering - Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority 365 Toll Collection System Installation, Integration, and Maintenance

The Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority is seeking a qualified firm to complete final design, install, test, implement, operate, and maintain a Toll Collection Sytem (TCS) to support the 365 Toll Project. The system will integrate with HCRMA's seperately acquired Third-Party Back Office System (BOS). Each entity (Proposer) submitting a Proposal will be evaluated based on the criteria set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). THe final selection of the Toll System Integrator (TSI), if any, will be made by the BOard of Directors of the HCRMA based upon the recommendation of the Selection Committee following evaluation of the responses. HCRMA reserves the right to summarize questions, combine similar questions, decline to answer questions, or to modify the content of questions to protect the identity of the requestor or as is otherwise deemed to be in the best interest of the RMA. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
