2022 Road Resurfacing - Lake Shore Drive

The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Major items of construction consist of approximately, 23,900 SY HMA milling various depths, 3,300 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement, 29,450 linear feet traffic stripes, and other incidental work.Bids may be submitted by mail, but will be considered only if received on or before the date and time specified. The Township will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded through the mail if lost in transit at any time before bid opening. No bids will be received after the time set forth above. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of PL 1975, c.127 (NJAC 17:27), and PL 1977, c.33. Bidders are required to comply with the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate Law, P.L. 2004, c.57. Bidders are required to comply with the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, P.L.199, c.238. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive immaterial informalities, and/or to accept the bid which, in the opinion of the Township, will be in the best interest of the Township, all in accordance with the New Jersey Public Contract Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.
