Project consists of 3" grind and overlay, full depth asphalt removal, hot-mix asphalt surface course, hot-mix asphalt binder course, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, preparation of base, driveway removal and replacement, aggregate base repair, structure adjustments, pavement patching, landscape restoration, and all other work necessary to complete the work as described in the contract documents.
