Old Palm City Ripple Stormwater Project (Construction)

The work includes, but is not limited to, clearing, grubbing, excavation, filling and embankment, demolition of existing pipe and structures, roadway open cut and reconstruction, drainage piping and structures, concrete sidewalk and pavement, curb ramps, pavement markings and signage, shell rock trail, shelter structures, solar electrical and lighting systems, rain water harvesting system and controls, dock decking and railing, art feature installation and landscaping. The scope of work also includes erosion control, temporary traffic control (MOT), bahia sod, and other incidental work as shown and specified in the Contract Documents.
