CEI Services for Hoagland Boulevard Phases II and III

It is the intent of this Request for Proposal for Professional Services (PS) to hire one (1) Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pre-qualified consulting engineering firm (hereinafter Consultant) to provide professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for Hoagland Boulevard Phase III widening project from US 17-92 to North of the Shingle Creek Bridge. In addition, the County also has the option to negotiate at a later date CEI services for Hoagland Boulevard Phase II widening project from North of the Shingle Creek Bridge to 5th Street. 2. It is the intent and purpose of this solicitation to promote competition. It shall be the proposer responsibility to advise the Procurement Services Representative at the address noted above, if any language, requirements, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits competition or if the requirements stated in this document limits it to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Procurement Services Representative no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the proposal closing date.
