Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and services to install, equip, adjust and put into satisfactory operation, all of the work specified and shown on the drawings to form complete and operational facilities. Perform the work and materials testing required by the Specification Sections, Drawings, and Contract Documents, unless specifically noted otherwise.
