RFP - Development Proposals

As of January 19, 2023, all properties have been sold to developers. The city is inviting Proposals for the development of three, single-family, residential parcels at the following locations: 115 East 16th Street, Covington, KY 41011; 1118 Lee Street, Covington, KY 41011; and, 1407 Russell Street, Covington, KY 41011. The developments are intended to return long-time vacant property back to productive community assets. The City seeks qualified buyers to acquire and redevelop the properties, in a manner that has the greatest positive impact to the surrounding neighborhoods. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with "SEALED DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL." Submitters should also include the coordinating street address for which they are submitting a Proposal, on the outside of the envelope alongside the above.
