Description

Renovations and upgrades to the existing Wenatchee City Pool. Upgrades include a new plaster liner with a painted finish at the gutter edge. All tile and other markings shall be updated, and joints repaired. Additional work includes replacement of the below pool distribution piping and main drain replacement. Additive Alternate: Replace the under-deck pool piping. Option #1: Provide an internal lining of the pipes. Option #2: Replace the pipes, including replacing the pool decks for access.
