Description

Construction of Eugene Enhanced Walking Network, as called for in the Plans and Specifications and such additional Incidental Work as requested by the Engineer. The estimated project cost range is $900,000 to $1,000,000. The scope of work generally includes: o Construction of concrete sidewalk and sidewalk ramps. o Asphalt pavement repairs o Permanent pavement markings and signs o Permanent lighting o Permanent landscaping repair o Temporary pedestrian and traffic control o Temporary erosion control The Owner shall also have the right to reject any or all Bids when in the City's judgment it is in the City's best interest to do so. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
