Parks Fern Ridge Water Tanks

The project will add four 5,000 gallon tanks next to an existing 20,000 gallon concrete reservoir and plumb them together to act as a single reservoir. Installation of the new tanks will require excavation and replacement of crushed rock to support the tanks. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid guaranty in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the Bid. Each bid must be submitted on the required forms and be accompanied by Bid guaranty, in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, or surety bond payable to Lane County.
