Questions received after the stated date and time will not be considered ADDRESS: 343 Canal Ct., Lake Wales, Florida 33859 Parcel ID #: 273035-928510-001730 OWNER: Polk County Directions: From Bartow: Head East on U.S. 98/E. Van Fleet Dr for 0.5 miles; Turn right onto the FL-60 E/E Van Fleet Dr (signs for Lake Wales/Vero Beach); Continue to follow FL-60/Highway 60 E for 14.6 miles; Turn right towards US-27 S/Highway 27 for 0.5 miles (exit for Avon Park); Bear right onto US-27 S/Highway 27 for 4.6 miles; Turn left onto 1st Ave N for 0.2 miles; Turn left onto Lake Blvd for 0.2 miles; At the roundabout, turn right onto Caloosa Blvd for 364 feet; and Turn left onto Canal Court for 249; Subject will be on the left hand (north) side. Pump Out and Remove Septic Tanks and Drain Fields in accordance with Florida Administrative Code Chapter 64E-6.011 and 64E-6.019. 12.Items that stay (Do NOT Remove) -Concrete Driveway located South of the Carport, the Concrete located underneath the Carport, and ALL Fencing.
