Sycamore Street Parking Lot and Drainage Improvements

As of January 4, 2023. The project has been awarded with the amount of $245,706.25. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Social Circle for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of the Sycamore Street Parking Lot Improvements in the City of Social Circle, Georgia. All bids will be evaluated by OWNER and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within sixty (60) days of the bid opening. All questions shall be submitted in writing only to Natalie Pifer at 861np@ppi.us, and to be given consideration, must be received by no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 10, 2022. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: Construction of proposed parking lots including the removal of the existing gravel, concrete sidewalk, and various trees. The new proposed parking lot will include grading and paving, installation of a storm drainage system along Sycamore Street, and associated improvements and erosion control measures. An Alternate Bid is requested for the complete asphalt resurfacing of Sycamore Street following construction.
