1. The project includes This project will consist of the installation of a pre-fabricated modular building. The College has a separate contract with SKC inorder to fabricate and set the building. Work of this contract will require coordination efforts with SKC. Please note that this project has commenced previously by another contractor but was unable to complete the project. Please refer to the list below which indicates the major scopes of work (please be advised that list does not include all work of this contract as the contract documents and the Work scope Special Conditions will need to be utilized as well). a.
