| Description | Brief Description of Work: Upgrade control valves and pneumatic valves, replace all supply and exhaust lab valves. Replace reheat coils, upgrade controls to DDC and integrate into existing building DDC system. Replace fume hood controls and sensors with new DDC controls. Convert labs from constant volume to variable volume system for energy savings, provide power to new DDC controls and lab valves where required. And minor ceiling repairs where lab valves are replaced. |
