Project Description: Site Development of a 29 Unit Affordable Housing Subdivision. To Complete the Installation of the Underground Utilities, Site Clearing Including but Not Limited to Tree Removal, Debris and Dirt Removal, Regrading Property to Establish Grades Per Plan and Providing Slab Ready Lots for Home Construction. The Installation of Streets, Curbs, Drains and All Infrastructure Per Provided Bid Documents. Preconstruction Meeting: MARCH 1, 2023 Approximate Start Date: MARCH 15, 2023 Approximate Project Completion: JULY 2023 Bids Shall Be Sealed and Shall Contain the Name, Address, and Contact Information for the Respondent on the Outside Cover of the Sealed Bid. Bids Shall Be Unit Price. Bids Shall Include Proposed Schedule for Completion of the Proposed Work. Compliance Plan Must Be Submitted With Sealed Bid. This is a Federally Funded Project by the Community Development Block Grant and is Covered by Davis-bacon Act (Dba) and Section 3. Carefully Review All Supplemental Conditions and Special Provisions and Contract Requirements Prior to Bidding.
