Description | Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to remove the existing sediment fill within the well, assess the well for possible obstruction, removal of obstruction (if warranted), well video survey, and installation of cement within the well structure for destruction of the well. Location of Services: Napa Sonoma Marshes Wildlife Area Edgerly Island, Milton Road, Napa, CA 94559. Estimated Cost: $ 70,000.00 Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a copy of your certification must be submitted with the bid proposal). As of March 1, 2015, Senate Bill 854 requires that No Contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for projects greater than $25,000.00. Failure to register with DIR or list sub-contractors not registered will render your bid non-responsive. Contract Term Date: Upon DGS approval until June 29, 2024. Contractor must advise Engineer IN WRITING of unexpected changes and obtain CDFW approval before any delays occur. |
