RFP Design - Blacks Ford WRF - Expansion from 6 to 12 MGD

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Qualified Proposer to provide permitting, design, bid and post design engineering services to expand the Blacks Ford WRF from 6 to 12 MGD through a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. The services include, but not limited to: influent screening, two new oxidization ditches, improve existing oxidation ditches, three new secondary clarifiers, cloth disk filters, UV system, plant drain (sewer) pump stations, digester, reject storage, biosolids management, chemical system, I&C, new electrical bldg., generator, fuel tank, yard piping. All Response documentation must reference the RFP Title and Number noted above. All Responses must be made on the appropriate forms as specified within the RFP and uploaded to a JEAs sourcing platform. Instructions for using JEAs sourcing platform can be found in Appendix C - Zycus Supplier Instructions. Responses are due by the time and on the date listed above. Late Responses may not be accepted. Respondents are strongly encouraged to acquire log in credentials early as possible. Additionally, Respondents are encouraged to submit bids early to ensure uploading process goes smoothly.
