Description

Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, construction of interior aluminum storefront partitions, metal stud and gyp. bd. partitions, lay-in ceilings, LVT, carpet and porcelain tile flooring, hollow metal frames, prefinished wood doors, hardware, painting and casework cabinetry. Electrical work will consist of IT cabling, power, suspended pendant and lay-in LED fixtures and access control system. HVAC systems will include Rooftop HVAC units with gas-fired heat and electric cooling, exposed spiral ductwork and concealed standard ductwork.
