Hayes and Thompson Hall Accessible Toilet Renovations

The project scope consists of renovations to create four single occupancy accessible toilet rooms in Hayes and Thompson Halls – one on each floor of these two-story buildings for a total of four toilet rooms. The work consists of non-structural demolition, new metal stud and gypsum board partitions with tile floors and wainscots, painted gypsum board walls and lay-in acoustical tile ceilings. Each toilet room has one water closet and one lavatory to be connected to existing/extended plumbing systems. New LED lay-in light fixtures will be included in the electrical scope. The mechanical scope will include adjustments to existing ductwork to accommodate the new layouts and ceilings.
