Alterna Logistics Park

The project scope includes the new construction of a 154,000, 300,000 and a 120,000-square-foot building. As of March 20, 2023 the project is final design stage. The City of Apopka issued a retaining wall permit in late September 2022. The city Development Review Committee approved a construction site plan on October 19, 2022. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. A construction timeline has not been determined, but may begin in the second quarter of 2023.
