CTC Road Improvements - Raymond Johnson. The City of Abbeville (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the CTC Road Improvements - Raymond/Johnson project. The Project includes the following summary of Work: Base Bid includes milling and HMA overlay of Raymond Rd and Johnson St in the City of Abbeville, SC. Approximate quantities include 3,100 SY of 1.5" milling, 1,250 SY of 6" Full-Depth Patching, and 660 TN of Type C HMA Surface. An alternate bid will be taken for 8" Uniform Cement Modified Recycled Base with overlay in lieu of the mill/patch/overlay in the base bid. The is no pre-bid conference for this project. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates).
