RFQ Engineering - McGowan Water Line Replacement

The City of Abbeville, SC, is requesting submission of statements for qualifications from firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations to provide engineering services for McGowan Water Line Project. This formal request for qualifications by the City is intended to select firms which will be invited to submit bids on this project. Deadline for submission of questions Tuesday, September 1, 2020. Prospective firms shall submit all questions and requests for clarification of this RFQ to Mike Clary, Community Development Director, via email at mclary@abbevillecitysc.com. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. No questions may be directed to or contacts made with any other person not identified in this RFQ during the period of time this RFQ is made public until the final selection is made, except as otherwise provided herein. The City will not respond to questions submitted less than 2 business days prior to the Statement of Qualifications due date or after RFQs have been opened. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
