Description

The Project consists of the replacement of approximately 1,150 LF of 6-inch PVC waterline along Henry Street, approximately 1,100 LF of 6-inch PVC waterline along Hillcrest Drive, associate appurtenances including fire hydrants, blow off valves and gate valves. This project is being funded by a loan from the State Revolving Fund (SRF). Therefore, all bidders must comply with Davis Bacon wage rates and follow the American Iron and Steel (AIS) provisions. See documents outlining the requirements in the project manual. In addition, all bidders must provide a 5% bid bond.Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form
