Description

1. Renovations to existing building per the design documents including but not limited to the below items: 2. Demolition of existing structures and openings 3. New flooring to match existing including base 4. Interior/exterior painting color and finish to match existing 5. Supply and install all mechanical related items as noted on the drawings including but not limited to: a. Supply/return grills including duct work, hangars etc. b. New rooftop AC unit c. Fire dampers d. Test and balance of system as required 6. Supply and install all electrical related items as noted on the drawings including but not limited to: a. New light fixtures b. New duplex outlets as noted c. New data drops as noted d. Conduit, pull strings and wire 7. Supply and install new fire alarm devices and relocate existing fire alarm devices as required. 8. Supply and install illuminated exit signs. 9. Supply and install new fire sprinkler heads and relocate existing fire sprinkler heads as required. 10. Supply and install all plumbing related items as noted on the drawings. 11. Repairs to existing exterior stucco as required. 12. Supply and install millwork, including shop drawings for approval prior to fabrication and installation, as noted on the drawings. 13. Supply and install new acoustical ceiling tiles and grid, to match existing, as noted on the drawings. 14. Reconfigure existing ACT and grid to accommodate new walls and/or new/relocated devices. 15. Supply and install new gypsum board, metal studs, and batt insulation. 16. New concrete foundations, footings, columns, headers/beams, slab on grade and misc. repairs due to demolition and/or reconfiguration of existing structure. 17. Supply and install openings including doors, windows, storefront systems and transaction windows, including shop drawings for approval prior to installation and fabrication, as noted on the drawings. All new openings shall be impact rated for HVHZ. 18. Relocate existing openings as noted on the drawings. 19. Relocate existing ADA push button system as required and noted on the drawings. 20. New aluminum canopy and gutters, including shop drawings for approval prior to fabrication and installation, as noted on the drawings.
