Wingate Oaks Center - Smart Program Renovations

SITE IMPROVEMENTS Complete installation of new fire alarm and removal of existing fire alarm system throughout campus. Existing fire alarm system to remain intact and functional until new system is fully operational and certified. New fire alarm system to be installed as per FFPC 2014. All new conduit and infrastructure to be concealed (surface mounted conduit and infrastructure will not be allowed). Contractor to repair, patch and paint all work related to F.A. installation and is to carry the repair, patch & paint to next adjacent vertical and/or horizontal break in the walls on either side and above and below works area. BUILDING # 1: • Re-roofing with new decking required** (Broward CPS) • Complete kitchen HVAC installation for non-a/c facility • Package roof top unit requires replacement • The chiller HVAC component is damaged requires replace • The exterior chiller HVAC requires replacement • Package roof top unit requires replacement • The air handler HVAC component requires replacement • The fan coil (chilled water) HVAC component requires replacement • The package unit HVAC component requires replacement • Duct cleaning required media center requires renovation provide renovation of RR associated with ed. adequacy renovation.
