Parkdown Estates Water Upgrade

This project will evaluate and provide recommendations for the removal and replacement of approximately 1,400 feet (6th Avenue) of 1997 era 12-inch ductile iron pipe and 750 feet (St. Lazaria Cir., Izembek Cir., Misty Fjords Circle, and Glacier Bay Cir.) of 1983 era 8-inch ductile iron pipe and remove and replace 84 water services. Additionally, tasks may include condition assessment of the 8" DI sewer main and sewer services, and CMP storm drain for replacement due to corrosion.
