Description

The work includes individual repairs/upgrades to the existing HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems at the NC009 Army Reserve Center. Building(s) will be occupied during performance of work under this Contract. Occupancy notifications will be posted in a prominent location in the work area. The Contractor shall plan all work to minimize impact to the normal operation of a facility, its staff, and mission. The contractor shall be responsible for all temporary provisions necessary to meet this requirement, including but not limited to temporary air conditioning, heating, lighting, communications, data, plumbed restroom facilities with running potable water, office space, relocation of furnishings, storage of furnishings, and protection of furnishings to remain. All provisions are subject to the approval of the Contracting Officer. These facilities are heavily used on most weekends so no work should be planned except for weekdays excluding Federal Holidays.
