Description

The Cordova Square Pond is located at the northeast corner of 12th Avenue and Marketplace Drive. The work under this contract consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation, grading, and work necessary to expand the pond. Complete work under this contract shall consist of installation of required erosion control features, placement of sod, seed, turf reinforcement matting, rip rap and cutting and finished grading.
