Description

Windypine Lift Station No. 1: The work includes but is not limited to the cleaning and application of 100% solids epoxy to the wet well walls and underside of top slab; the application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to damaged areas of the wet well walls and underside of top slab; blasting and recoating of all wet well and above ground piping and valves; installation of two (2) 6" ductile iron spool pieces with Air and Vacuum Valves; demolition and replacement of the pump stainless steel guide rail assemblies; installation of stainless steel intermediate guide bar brackets; installation of shallow offset pipe supports; installation of a doghouse manhole on the influent 8" sanitary sewer pipe Northeast of the wet well; two (2) bypass pumping systems for one month to complete the work; site restoration; flood control ditch restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. The work also includes the application of one (1) additional inch of concrete repair mortar to damaged areas of the wet well walls and underside of top slab at Windypine Lift Station No. 1 as needed and confirmed by the Engineer. Kuykendahl Lift Station No. 2: The work includes but is not limited to the cleaning and Holiday testing of the T-Lock liner on the wet well walls; demolition and replacement of all wet well riser piping, fittings, and stainless steel intermediate guide bar brackets; blasting and recoating of all above ground piping and valves; bypass pumping system for one month to complete the work; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. The work also includes the installation of 6-inch by 6-inch (6"x6") patches and 12-inch by 12-inch (12"x12") patches of T-Lock liner as needed based on the Holiday test results and as confirmed by the Engineer. Country Meadows Lift Station No. 3: The work includes but is not limited to the cleaning and Holiday Testing of the T-Lock liner on the wet well walls; cleaning and application of a 100% solids epoxy coating the valve vault walls, floor, and underside of top slab; application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to damaged areas of the valve vault walls, floor and underside of top slab; demolition and replacement of all piping, fittings and valves; installation of a permanent bypass connection; bypass pumping system for one month to complete the work; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. The work also includes the installation of 6-inch by 6-inch (6"x6") patches and 12-inch by 12-inch (12"x12") patches of T-Lock liner as needed based on the Holiday test results and as confirmed by the Engineer. Dover Mills Lift Station No. 4: The work includes but is not limited to , the demolition and removal of existing T-Lock liner; the application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to all damaged areas of the wet well walls, floor and underside of top slab; the application of protective coatings to the wet well walls, floor, and underside of top slab; demolition and replacement of all wet well riser piping, fittings, stainless steel intermediate guide bar brackets, and stainless steel riser pipe supports; blasting and recoating of all above ground piping and valves; installation of a rigid wet well safety grate; demolition and replacement of the pump controller; bypass pumping system for one month to complete the work; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
