City Parking Lot Projects

The proposed construction is for site improvements for two existing City of Plant City parking lot sites; the Railroad Museum Parking Lot located at 102 North Palmer Street and the parking lot on the southwest corner of Mahoney Street and Collins Street. Improvements to the Mahoney Street Parking Lot include repaving the existing parking area, replacing the curbing, signs and markings, installing new street and pedestrian bollard LED lights, constructing a new dumpster enclosure, and installing landscaping, irrigation and site furnishings. The site improvements on the Railroad museum parking lot site include completely reconstructing/reconfiguring the parking site, re-grading the site to improve drainage, installing the curbing, installing new LED streetlights, signs and pavement markings, constructing a new dumpster enclosure, and installing landscaping, irrigation and site furnishings.
