| Description | Described as the removal of the existing EPDM roofing system including rigid insulation, flashings, storm drainage devices and accessories, metal parapet cap and their replacement with fully adhered TPO singleply roof system over a tapered rigid insulation system as indicated in the Contract Documents. Work includes, but is not limited to demolition of existing roofing systems; installation of new roofing systems; flashings; sealants; manufactured metal coping cap, wood blocking; cover board, air/vapor barriers, sheet metal scuppers, storm drainage systems, sheet metal flashings, minor masonry work and minor electrical & mechanical work.
