Description

The Improvements under this Contract consist of resurfacing of North Wheeler Street from Spencer Street to West Hillsboro Street, along with adding a six (6) foot concrete sidewalk on the west side of the roadway from the cemetery entrance to north of West Hillsboro Street. Additional work includes a variable height retaining wall with a decorative pedestrian rail above and adjacent to the retaining wall. Existing curb and gutter will remain and be pressure washed. Project limits will be closed during construction.
