Demolition of Old Main from the 7th floor down to the basement. Bid Review Process 05-06-22 to 05-09-22 Award Contracts Within 45 days of Bid Date Contract Fully Executed - Within 60 Days of Bid Date The work included in the three construction packages is under the jurisdiction of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and each package will require separate OSHPD permits. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations and Federal Acquisition Regulation. At the time of submitting a bid, the subcontractor shall possess a valid license issued by the California Contractors State License Board. In addition, the bidder shall be registered with the DIR as a public works contractor. Subcontractor and its agents, employees, and tiered subcontractors shall comply with provisions of the California Labor Code, including those relating to payment of prevailing rates of wages. Subcontractor and its tiered subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. Stronghold will not accept any bid without proof of current registration to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. All subcontractors will have to furnish performance and payment bonds.
