| Description | Construction of a three story, 15,000 SF addition as well as renovations of the existing 102,450 SF courthouse. The addition construction includes auger cast pile foundations, concrete floors on structural steel frame, composite deck, open web joist roof framing on structural steel. Exterior shear walls are reinforced masonry with other exterior walls and all interior framing being light gauge steel stud framing. Existing building renovations will replace several precast concrete exterior wall panels with cast in place concrete shear walls having openings to access the addition. Interior renovations will enlarge courtrooms and accommodate offices supporting the courts. |
