PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Briefly, the work consists of all architectural, structural, and civil work for construction of the following Marcola School District project located on the Marcola High School campus in Marcola, Oregon: School Bus Maintenance Building Design-Build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is included in the scope of this advertisement. Bids for the School Bus Maintenance Building project," may, at Bidder's option, be faxed or emailed in accordance with the Bidding Requirements directly to the CM/GC as follows: Fax: 541-343-3306 Email: info@mccmail.biz McKenzie Commercial Contractors, Inc. intends to submit bids to perform work on certain bid packages. Sealed Bids are required for those Bid Packages noted in the Instructions to Bidders. On the date and time above all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Qualification requirements for individual bid packages are stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders must submit their qualifications for approval in accordance with the qualification requirements stated in the Instructions to Bidders and elsewhere in the Bidding Documents.
