Removal and Replacement of the heat pumps that were installed during the construction of the Phase 4 of the Red Mountain building. The scope of work is represented by the plans designed by Petty & Associates and reviewed by SPWD 23-B030. Labor Commissioner #: WA-2023-247 SPWD Project #: 23-B030 Estimated Cost Range: $1,200,000 - $1,400,000 Liquidated Damages: $1,000/day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractor's Pollution Liability and Builders Risk Insurance will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "September 30, 2023" and shall be fully complete by "March 31, 2024." *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
