Atrium Redesign

The contractor shall provide interior design services for the required spaces to including development and implementation. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, and personnel to design and facilitate an integrated, professionally aesthetic environment. Attachment #1 is provided to give the Contractor a better understanding of the artistic and thematic direction its seeking in the redesign. No reinforcing of the walls will be authorized. The Contractor shall provide: • Supervisory personnel with sufficient experience in the design of museum quality/archival exhibits and artwork • Production of the final agreed upon exhibits and artwork. • Installation of the exhibits and artwork and flags/banners. • Initial design for the required areas, completion schedule, and accompanying narrative to describe intent and assist MARSOC in understanding the design Areas to be updated: MARSOC Atrium including mezzanine level stair landing spaces, and first level hallways (Phase 1) MARSOC Entryway and Foyer, including the Raider Room (Phase 2) MARSOC Auditorium, Raider Grill hallway and second level hallways (Phase 3)
