Description

Plans call for the construction of a subdivision in three phases: Phase 1 consists of 162 lots Phase 2 and 3 consists of 347 lots As of February 7, 2023, Arbor Park has received preliminary plat approval. A final plat application has not been submitted for Phase 2 of 3 to the City of Fruitland Park. A home builder has been selected. Interested subcontractors may contact Park Square Homes to be added to the bid list. Although a timeline for construction has not been released, contraction is not expected to commence prior to 2024.
